RavenGuard Build 0.3
v0.3 Goal:  Begin implementing unit level ups and an inventory system, both rouge-like elements required for the full game.

Patch Notes:

Hub World:
- Began hub world blockout
- Building transitions between new scenes

UI
- Inventory / Unit Managment screen added
    - Press Y or TAB to access the new screen
   - Press RB/LB or [ ] to swap between the two screens
   - Still in development so not functional to swap items back and forth
 
Units
- Units now level up when killing another unit (by gaining XP), and are prompted to choose which stats to increase
- Units keep track of XP in order to level up, currently 1 kill = 100XP, 100XP = 1 level up, but this is still being worked on

Art:
- Assets for our between level map scene
    - Map Background
    - Location Icons
- Custom Font for UI
- Completed water tile set
- Cavalry longarms animations
