RavenGuard Build 0.2
v0.2 Goal: Improve UI layout and functionality across the board scene in order to allow for correct combat flow and better QOL.
Patch Notes:
Hub World:
- Test skills upgrade shop
- Swapping characters
UI
- Remade entire action menu from the ground up
- You can now attack from the action menu instead of just from the movement action
- Action menu now only highlights actions that can be taken
- Dots in the top corners display the current status of units for both teams
Units
- Ranged units now can only attack from the attack option in the action menu
- Melee units can still attack through the movement action like before, but can also move then attack separately like ranged units.
- Range of attack for ranged units is now correctly calculated
- Solidified flow of battle
- After a unit moves, they may perform an action besides moving (attacking, waiting, or using a skill)
- After a unit uses an action, their turn is over.
Art:
- New infantry and mage portrait
- Wood interior floor and wall tiles, for use in the hub world
- Cobble interior floor and wall tiles, for use in the hub world
- New UI assets for the unit dots
